Here are some specifics about our workshops to know in advance:

Rustic Design ~

Maximum number of participants is usually twenty adults.  Children are welcome to attend when accompanied by an adult who can assist them.  Depending on the project, we like to schedule three to four hours for a workshop, which includes a break.  Red Hawk Rustic supplies all the natural materials for classes as well as the necessary hardware for the project and a few sets of tools for sharing.  Participants are urged to bring a power drill with screwdriver attachments, pliers, and nippers to cut through smaller branches if they have them.  Participants also receive written instructions for the project in addition to the hands-on instruction.  Pricing varies by project. 

Writing Workshops for Children ~

Maximum class size is usually twenty children, fifteen for the nature journaling class.  We can be flexible with these numbers, but in general, the best experience happens with smaller class sizes.  The length of the workshops can be tailored to fit your program.  A one-time workshop requires at least two hours to be effective.  If the program spans several weeks, shorter classes are fine.  Pricing varies and we can be flexible within your budget.
